Can you send a COI naming my building as certificate holder?
Yes. We can issue a certificate of insurance listing your building/HOA as certificate holder or additionally insured when applicable.
Do you carry workers’ compensation?
Yes - we maintain workers’ comp for employees and general liability for property damage or bodily injury.
Can I get your W-9?
